Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist in setting up the office and installing equipment.

✅ Ensure efficient workflow and meet performance targets.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Experienced in BPO with a strong track record in call center management.

🔹 Deep understanding of call center operations, campaign management, and reporting.

🔹 Ability to build a call center from scratch, leveraging your experience and local contacts.

🔹 Proficient in relevant software applications and tools for call center operations.

🔹 Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

🔹 Knowledge of managing teams from foreign countries is a plus.
