Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up the office and installing equipment.
Manage a team of callers and oversee day-to-day activities.
Maintain open and direct communication with the owner.
Ensure efficient workflow and meet performance targets.
What We're Looking For:
Experienced in BPO with a strong track record in call center management.
Deep understanding of call center operations, campaign management, and reporting.
Ability to build a call center from scratch, leveraging your experience and local contacts.
Proficient in relevant software applications and tools for call center operations.
Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Knowledge of managing teams from foreign countries is a plus.
